The wallpaper factory has been located at the same site in Gruiten since 1886. The premises offer a fascinating insight into the history of wallpaper as a product and the wealth of experience that has been accumulated since that time.
After we became the first company in Europe to introduce digital printing for borders in 2001, fundamental changes have taken place in terms of the product and how we use it: it’s still wallpaper!
In 2005, we were the first company to introduce digitally printed wallpaper. Our capabilities enabled us to create a unique product, which we still produce today.
Since 1886 and from 2001 to the present day, we have learned about all aspects of wallpaper printing and accumulated a wealth of expertise. Nevertheless, we continue to learn new things every day. Constant development has been one of the constants throughout all these years.
With traditional euro rolls, 30-50% of material is lost between the manufacturer and the end customer due to excess stock, leftovers, unsellable overproduction, and excess quantities for the customer. Digital printing and our handling methods reduce this waste rate to 3-5%. It doesn’t get any more sustainable than that!

OUR MATERIALS.
BASIC
Our basic material is given a light texture during production, which, among other things, ensures that it feels high-quality, has a special wallpaper-like appearance, and is easy to hang.
WELLTOUCH
Our Welltouch variant is a natural, open-weave wallpaper with a particularly high-quality look. In addition to standard printing, this material can also be processed using an alternative digital printing technique that creates a more scratch-resistant and durable surface—ideal for applications subject to heavy wear and tear. We will be happy to advise you on the most suitable options.
VINYL
Vinyl is a standard material in the wallpaper industry. It offers properties that normal non-woven fabrics do not have. The material is more durable and has a distinctive look. Our vinyl is laminated onto a 130 g/m² non-woven backing, making it as easy to handle as our other wallpapers. Printing “on top” means that any motif is possible, and the result is the same quality you would expect from vinyl wallpaper.
SILVER
A star in our range. With its elegant silver surface, Silver enables metallic effects of all kinds. Certain colors can also be used to create gold and copper tones. Wallpaper also thrives on its materiality. If the motif requires a special effect and a special material, our Silver may be just the right choice.
EYERIS
The material for our hologram wallpaper is suitable for unusual effects. But where it fits, it leaves a lasting impression. In its basic form, it is an iridescent material. By adding texture to the originally smooth material during further processing, we achieve an extraordinary refraction of light. Depending on the lighting, new effects and stimuli arise again and again. The iridescent effect causes colors and motifs to change depending on the incidence of light and position. This allows you to create accents that you would not normally expect from wallpaper.
STARDUST
Stardust is a material that is just as extraordinary as silver, and its silky sheen creates elegant effects without being obtrusive. The Stardust material has a pearlescent effect. It can emphasize the “special” aspect of an idea or motif without pushing itself into the foreground. A very noble material for exceptional applications. How long does production take?
Our delivery times depend on the quantity and size of the wallpaper. We generally have a delivery time of approximately 10 business days. After consultation, we will be happy to accommodate your preferred date.
Which paste should I use?
We recommend using specially developed brand-name adhesives for non-woven wallpaper. Our product has been tested with Henkel’s “Metylan direct” paste. For more information, please refer to the processing instructions.
What resolution should the print data have?
We recommend a minimum pixel size of 1000px x 1000px per square meter for good print quality. We are happy to check in advance whether your image is suitable for high-quality wallpaper printing.
Is the wallpaper fire-resistant certified?
Our wallpapers have fire safety certification in accordance with EN 13501-1: B-s1, d0. We will be happy to send you the certification upon request.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 2-3 business days with our selected shipping provider. We also offer express shipping as an option. Deliveries to packing stations or abroad are also possible. We will be happy to send you the estimated shipping costs on request.
How much does the wallpaper cost?
Our wallpapers are always calculated in square meters. The price per square meter depends on the material and size of the project. We would be happy to provide you with a customized quote upon request.
